What kind of recommendations do you provide?
It depends on your goals and your situation. The recommendations may be around process improvement, metrics, software systems, technology, marketing, messaging, web sites, etc. We have a wide range of experience in process improvement, people and technology and tap into that. If we don't know something, we'll look into it. And if we still don't know, we'll let you know.
Are there any commitments?There are no commitments. If you like the recommendations you can execute them in whichever manner you see fit. Depending on the recommendations, we may provide you with options on how we can support you, but you are under no obligations to work with us after the working session. You can even hand the report to a third party to execute.
Is it really FREE? Why?Absolutely.
We believe that if we are going to spend the time to get to know one another, we may as well add value. This also provides a good way to determine if we are a good fit to work together on any subsequent activities - you get to know us, and we get to know you.
What is the final output?In less than a week after our meeting, you will get a report that details the outcome of the working session and any recommendations we provide to help you achieve your goals.
What is the process?There are four steps.
1. Call or sign up for the working session.
2. Perform a phone interview with the Analyst and complete a brief questionnaire for us to prepare.
3. Meet with an Analyst to go through the working session.
4. Within a week you will then receive the report.
My business is complicated. What can we accomplish in an hour?It depends, but you would be surprised. If we stay on track, and stick to our methodology, we can provide some concrete recommendations. The level of detail we get into might be higher or lower depending on the complexity of the problems.
My information is confidential. How do we deal with that?We don't share any information that you provide us with anyone else. We will also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you provide one to us, or we can provide one to you if you don't have one.
